Recruitment course of outsourcing is a type of enterprise process outsourcing where a company engages a third-party provider to handle all or a half of its recruitment process. The employee sometimes receives a referral bonus, and is extensively acknowledged as being cost-effective. The Global Employee Referral Index 2013 Survey found that 92% of participants reported worker referrals as one of many prime recruiting sources. As for the business, turbocharged recruitment efforts create a domino impact, where firms bid towards one another to hire less skilled replacements for individuals who go away. Often-overlooked two sources of recruits are retirees and departing workers.
