Plans, evaluates, and manages advanced initiatives and programs that support the City’s retail, commercial and industrial base; small enterprise initiatives; workforce growth and talent attraction; business recruitment and retention; and redevelopment. Identifies, analyzes, and develops solutions for important issues identified by the enterprise community as hindering operations, areas, or expansions.
