Private sector development work can also rely in direction of the public planning years of experience. Strong want for work experience including capital asset administration, capital project administration, grant writing, financial development, and affordable/attainable housing. The Planning Director sits on the leadership group and works collaborative with the Town engineering agency and Public Works on various tasks.
