The person is charged with managing, coordinating, planning, initiating, selling, and marketing economic improvement and redevelopment packages and opportunities inside unincorporated Clark County. Works with existing businesses, entrepreneurs, builders, actual estate investors and business experts to diversify the local financial system, create jobs and increase the tax base. The position serves as a client-focused ambassador to each local, national and international enterprise community. In addition, the individual on this place is answerable for inner coordination and communication with elected officers and executive management; coordination of inter-jurisdictional relationships , offering limited supervision and guidance to subordinate department staff. We presently have a gap for an economic improvement skilled with demonstrated experience as a robust project supervisor working with financial research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic plans to coordinate implementation of a regional financial recovery and resiliency plan.
