Identify real estate transactions and work with developers/investors on agreements that produce new investments within our community. Conduct exploratory actual estate evaluations such as land-use/zoning checks, website visits, comparables review, and title checks; assists consultants, companies, and builders with site choice providers. Research and compile demographic and financial information, prepares reviews and conducts analysis to evaluate program, project impact and return on investment. Assemble and deliver custom-made, marketing materials and presentations.
