People need people who’re conscientious, who are persistent. I assume on this environment, persistence is going to be an extremely important behavior—not to get discouraged, not to really feel that you’re being ignored merely since you don’t get as a lot face time, so to speak. Also, stepping back and making sure you’re attending to the emotional connections that you can develop and significantly being viewed as someone who’s thorough, a learner asking questions.
